• SECURITY TAG MUST BE ATTACHED TO GARMENT FOR ANY AND ALL SCULPTURA [Sculpt-It-Your-Way] Shapewear Clothing RETURNS!

• Once security tag is removed, no returns will be accepted.   Click here for Security Tag Removal Instructions.
• We require a receipt or proof of purchase for any returns.
• Orders shipped within the United States can be returned within 15 days of the date the order was shipped. We DO NOT provide shipping labels for returns of this product.
• Returns are subject to a $15 return shipping fee and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached including the red security tag and it must also be returned in ALL the original packaging including but not limited to boxes, bags, pouches, etc. 
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that show signs of wear, of being laundered, or do not meet any of the return criteria.
• For orders shipped outside of the United States, return shipping and reverse duties or other related costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
• Once the item you would like to return is received and inspected, you will be notified if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take several days.
• If your return is accepted, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
• Refunds can take a number of days or more to appear in your account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
• Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
• EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please follow the above return procedures and then re-purchase the different item online.
• Gift Cards are not returnable.
• Only regularly priced items may be refunded. 
• After emailing us and receiving an authorization for your return, please ship your product to: 2067 Jericho Tpke., Commack, New York 11725, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Non - SCULPTURA [Sculpt-It-Your-Way] Shapewear Clothing Return Policy - (Items from Our Curated Collections)

• Returns will be accepted of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
• If this tag is attached to the garment, DO NOT REMOVE IT. This tag must be attached to any products you wish to return. 
• Because we curate clothing from numerous designers from all over the world, return requests MUST be initiated within 3 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back within 6 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
• Please email us at Info@SculpturaFashions.com to initiate a Return. We will forward you an Authorization number and return address. DO NOT send returns to our headquarters. 
• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria will not be accepted.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
• All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

* Once again, please initiate any return within 3 days of receiving your order and ship all items back to the address you will be provided within 6 days of your submission together with the original order invoice. Please allow 7 – 15 business days from the day the items are received to process your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Some items on our website are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent. For example, the wrong style/color/size was sent, or the item received was damaged.

If you received an order under the conditions above, please notify us with an image of the original receipt within 2 days of receiving your order by email to info@sculpturafashions.com.

Failure to comply with any of the above instructions will result in a denial of the return and/or refund.
